Meet The Team

Meet Farley – CEO and Founder
Farley is the heart and soul of Country Paws Doggy Day Care. With a lifelong passion for animals and over a decade of experience in pet care, Farley founded Country Paws to create a safe, loving and fun environment for the dogs of Dorset.
After gaining valuable experience working for one of the best doggy day care’s in Surrey, he pursued his dream of providing not just a service, but a community where dogs can thrive and their owners feel confident in our care. Farley is dedicated to ensuring every dog receives personalised attention and engaging activities throughout the day. When he’s not at the day care, you can find Farley on adventure with his dog Moose.

Meet Tony – Driver Carer
Tony joined the Country Paws team in early 2023, bringing with him years of experience in driving and a heartfelt passion for dogs. Eager to pursue a new career path, he found the perfect opportunity to combine his love for animals with his skills.
The dogs absolutely adore Tony! As a Driver Carer, Tony ensures every dog enjoys a safe and comfortable ride to and from doggy day care. While at the daycare, he goes the extra mile to care for the dogs, providing attentive supervision and engaging playtime. Outside of Country Paws, you’ll catch Tony spending quality time with his family.

Meet Moose – Chief Canine Officer
Moose proudly holds the title of Chief Canine Officer at Country Paws! His top three favourite activities at doggy day care include zooming around and playing chase, celebrating a furiend’s birthday (especially when pupcakes are involved), and snoozing on one of the comfy beds.
When he’s not busy causing mischief at doggy day care, you’ll either find Moose on an adventure, exploring the great outdoors or splashing around in muddy puddles or snoozing in his humans bed having just polished off a tasty snack.
