Country Paws Doggy Day Care offers both a regular service system for a place at the day care centre and an ad hoc schedule for Clients not wishing to commit to a regular service. Our website address is: countrypawsdoggydaycare.com. We take the privacy of our Client’s information very seriously and our privacy policy explains how and for what purposes we use the information collected about our Clients. We will never collect data that we don’t need and we will never sell or pass on any personal data to 3rd parties.

When making an enquiry with Country Paws Doggy Day Care through our contact form, over the phone or via email, The Client will provide some or all of the following personal information; name, email, telephone number, dog details including their name and breed. When becoming a customer of Country Paws Doggy Day Care, the Client will be asked to provide further personal information including full address, dog age gender and general health, vet details, emergency contact. This data is used to set up and run the services Country Paws Doggy Day Care provides the Client. It is stored on our online pawtal powered by Pet Sitter Plus and the information is used to:

  • Contact the Client and provide information related to their dog and services requested
  • To process all Client invoices and record payments
  • To obtain the Client’s feedback and/or comments on the services Country Paws Doggy Day Care provides

The Client has certain rights in relation to the personal data held by County Paws Doggy Day Care about them. This includes the right to request a copy of any or all of personal data, to correct it if any of the data that Country Paws have is not accurate or outdated, to restrict or prevent us processing the Client’s data and for Country Paws to permanently delete your data. In order to carry out any of these rights, please email us at countrypawsdoggydaycare@gmail.com. Please note that in some circumstances, laws and regulations that we have to follow will supersede these rights or requests. If the Client has unresolved issues or concerns they have the the right to complain to an EU data protection authority where they live or work, or where you believe a breach may have occurred.
